Easter Sunday — The Story God Finished

Easter is not the end of the journey—it is the moment when everything Jesus has been saying finally comes into focus.

Throughout Lent, we have listened to the parables of Jesus—stories of seeds and soil, lost sons and searching fathers, costly mercy and surprising grace. On Easter, we discover that these were never just stories. They were pointing toward a morning when death would lose its grip and hope would rise again.

On Easter Sunday, the Acts 13 Network will gather to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ—the moment when God finishes the story love began. We will share a meal, open Scripture, pray, and come to the table together, trusting that resurrection is not only something we believe, but something we learn to live into.

Easter proclaims that no road is too long, no loss too final, and no life beyond God’s reach. The risen Christ meets us where we are, calls us by name, and invites us home.
